Three arrested following execution of search warrant

Three people were arrested and charged after the execution of a search warrant turned up drugs and weapons.

Officers with the Panama City Police Department’s Street Crimes Unit executed a search warrant on a residence on 8th Street Wednesday evening. Once inside, officers seized methamphetamine, a shotgun, two AK47s, 2 AR-15s and two semi-automatic pistols.

Two of the three occupants, McKenzie Minor,  and Patrick Bedwell,  were taken into custody at that time. Minor was charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bedwell was charged with possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute and possession of drug paraphernalia.

The third occupant, Tyrel Rogers, was later located and found in possession of methamphetamine and two firearms. He was charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, carrying a concealed firearm, resisting arrest without violence and tampering with physical evidence. All were booked into the Bay County Jail.
